Artichoke Dip or Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can Artichokes, canned (chopped)
  • 1 t. Garlic salt
  • 2 cloves Garlic, cloves (finely chopped)
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper (chopped)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 10 Green Onions (chopped including greens)
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 Jalapeno pepper (chopped)
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 0.5 cup Pitted Ripe Olives, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Grease an 8 inch baking dish or a 10 inch deep dish pie pan.
  3. In a large bowl combine cream cheese and mayonnaise and mix until smooth.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  6. To make Spinach Artichoke dip: Thaw a package of frozen spinach, squeeze all the water out and add with the other ingredients.
