Artichoke Dip or Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 1 can Artichokes, canned (chopped)
- 1 t. Garlic salt
- 2 cloves Garlic, cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 Red Bell Pepper (chopped)
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 10 Green Onions (chopped including greens)
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1 Jalapeno pepper (chopped)
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 0.5 cup Pitted Ripe Olives, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease an 8 inch baking dish or a 10 inch deep dish pie pan.
- In a large bowl combine cream cheese and mayonnaise and mix until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- To make Spinach Artichoke dip: Thaw a package of frozen spinach, squeeze all the water out and add with the other ingredients.
